Retract the piston: Make sure the piston is completely retracted into the dispenser. To retract, hold both the slide block and release lever (underside of dispenser) with your fingers and pull them back together.

Load the cartridge: Ensure the mark on the cartridge lines up with the mark on the Paste Pak Dispenser, then turn the cartridge fully to the right position.

Secure the release lever: After cartridge loading, slide the release lever forward until it stops. Push the front of the release lever only — do not push the upper side.

Remove cover and dispense: Remove the cartridge cover, then depress the lever to dispense the required amounts of paste onto the mixing pad.

Level and cut off material: While depressing the lever, level and cut off the extruded material from the cartridge tips by moving the cartridge and dispenser upright onto the mixing pad. Releasing the lever retracts residual paste back into the cartridge tips — then replace the cartridge cover.

Mix on the pad: Incorporate and spread the material in a thin layer on the mixing pad using a plastic spatula. Mix thoroughly with lapping strokes for 10 seconds, taking care not to incorporate air bubbles.
