Position the device: Raise the lever completely before inserting the device. Place the mouthpieces between your teeth, inside the lips. Align the device toward your nose. Rest your upper front teeth against the inner rim of the upper mouthpiece.

Adjust the range: Turn the adjustment knob anticlockwise to lock the lever. Rotate clockwise while gently squeezing the lever to begin controlled movement. The device can be released instantly at any stage without resetting the adjustment.

Perform the stretch: Slowly squeeze the lever and allow the device to guide your jaw through its natural movement. Release the lever whenever needed. Record your jaw opening using the included ROM scales before and after each session.
