  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of order placement is final for that order
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website or on pending orders

Taxes and Duties:

6. Ordering Process and Order Confirmation

Placing an Order:

When you place an order through Snapshophub:

  • You will receive an automated order confirmation email with your order number and details
  • This email does NOT constitute acceptance of your order - it is merely acknowledgment of receipt
  • Your order becomes binding only when we confirm payment and begin processing (typically within 1-2 business days)
  • We will send a shipment confirmation email when your order is dispatched with tracking information

Order Cancellation by Snapshophub:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability or discontinuation
  • Payment authorization failure or suspected fraud
  • Errors in product pricing or description
  • Violation of these Terms or our policies
  • Suspected misuse of promotions or pricing manipulation
  • Restrictions on shipping to your location

If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellation by Customer:

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting customer support immediately
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return (see Return & Refund Policy)
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Key Shipping Terms:

  • Free standard shipping may be available for select products and destinations. Shipping eligibility, costs, and delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.
  • Orders processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control
  • Snapshophub is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, natural disasters, or force majeure events
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information
  • We cannot reship orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • International customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and taxes

Risk of Loss:

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Snapshophub pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Snapshophub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless covered by carrier insurance.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Key Return Terms:

  • Medical equipment & therapy devices: 30-day return window from delivery
  • Electronics: 7-day return window from delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation
  • Consumables, supplements, and personal care items: Replacement only if defective or damaged on arrival
  • Return shipping is FREE for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items
  • Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns
  • Refunds processed within 2-5 business days after inspection and approval
  • We do not offer direct exchanges - return for refund and place a new order

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

By using Snapshophub, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

All content on Snapshophub, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and design, is the property of Giggle and Bytes or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written authorization
  • Create derivative works based on our content
  • Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

11. Disclaimers and Warranties

  • THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED

  • ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
  • ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS
  • ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
  • ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OR CONTENT ON THE SERVICE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) IN QUESTION, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Giggle and Bytes, Snapshophub, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys'fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Any content or information you submit or post
  • Any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity conducted through your account

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law:

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of Snapshophub or purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions

Jurisdiction:

Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Dispute Resolution:

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us atcontact@snapshophub.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes amicably.

If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action in accordance with the jurisdiction provisions above.

15. Modifications to Terms and Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and the "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
