6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
• Snap Shop Hub is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or customs.
• If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
7. Damaged Packaging

• Please take photos/videos immediately.
