Important: We do not currently offer shipping services to India.
International Shipping
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Our primary international markets include:
- North America: USA, Canada, Mexico
- Europe: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, and all EU countries
- Middle East: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman

International Fulfillment Center (India)

- Serves: UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and international customers
- Ships via: DHL Express, FedEx International, Aramex
- Delivery Time: 8-14 business days (varies by destination)
Note: This facility handles international orders only. We do not currently ship to customers within India.
Automatic Warehouse Selection
Your order will automatically ship from the nearest warehouse based on your delivery address. You do not need to select a warehouse — we optimize for the fastest delivery to your location.
2. Order Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time between when we receive your order and when it is shipped from our warehouse.
Standard Processing: 1-2 business days for most orders
Complex/Large Orders: 2-3 business days for bulk orders or large items
Payment Verification: Processing begins only after payment is confirmed and verified
Important Notes on Processing:
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday
- Public Holidays: Orders placed on Indian or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Payment Pending: Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully confirmed by our payment provider
- Out of Stock Items: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours with expected restock date or offer alternatives

Snapshophub partners with trusted international and domestic carriers to ensure safe, reliable delivery of your orders. We select the best carrier based on your location, package size, and delivery speed requirements.

- FedEx International: Reliable express delivery with real-time tracking
- UPS Worldwide: Secure delivery for high-value equipment
- Aramex: Regional express delivery (Middle East, Asia)
- India Post: Reliable domestic delivery across India (Speed Post)
- Blue Dart / DTDC: Domestic express delivery within India
Carrier Selection: The specific carrier used for your order depends on the destination country, delivery speed preference, package dimensions, and weight. We automatically select the most reliable and cost-effective option for your location.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated based on destination, package size, and shipping method, and are clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Free standard shipping may be available for select products and destinations, subject to availability.
Express Shipping (Optional Upgrade):
While standard shipping is free, you may opt for faster express delivery at checkout. Express shipping costs vary based on:
- Destination country or region
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected delivery speed (2-3 day vs 5-7 day express)
Express shipping charges (if selected) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees:
Important: While shipping is free, international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or GST imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are:
- Determined by your local customs office, NOT by Snapshophub
- The responsibility of the recipient (buyer) to pay
- Based on the declared value of goods and local tax rates
- Typically collected by the courier at the time of delivery (varies by country)
We recommend checking your country's customs website or contacting your local customs office for information about potential import fees before placing an international order.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times below are estimates and begin counting AFTER the order is shipped from our warehouse (processing time not included). Total time = Processing Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time (below).

Important Delivery Notes:
- Business Days Only: Delivery estimates are in business days (Monday-Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Estimates Only: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary.
- Customs Clearance: International shipments may experience delays during customs clearance (typically 1-4 business days).
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take 1-3 additional business days.
- Force Majeure: Snapshophub is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, political events, pandemics, strikes, or carrier delays beyond our control.
6. Order Tracking & Notifications
We provide real-time tracking for all shipments so you can monitor your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Tracking Process:
Step 1: Order Confirmation
Immediately after placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details.
Step 2: Shipment Notification
Once your order is shipped (1-2 days after order), you'll receive:
- Shipment confirmation email with tracking number
- WhatsApp notification with tracking link (if you provided WhatsApp number)
- Name of carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Step 3: Track Your Shipment
You can track your shipment in two ways:
- Carrier Website: Visit the carrier's website (e.g., dhl.com, fedex.com) and enter your tracking number
- Click Tracking Link: Click the tracking link provided in your email or WhatsApp message for direct access
Step 4: Delivery Updates
Most carriers provide automated updates at key milestones: package picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered. Some carriers also send SMS/email delivery alerts.
Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to activate after shipment. If tracking isn't updating after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
While we work with reliable carriers, occasionally issues may occur during shipping. Here's how we handle different scenarios:
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged package:
- Do not refuse the delivery - accept the package
- Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately
Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If your shipment shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or mailroom
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark as delivered early)
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery date shown on tracking
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement or refund
If tracking shows shipment is lost in transit (no updates for 7+ days):
- Contact us for an update on shipment status
- We will work with the carrier to expedite delivery
- If delay is excessive (15+ business days beyond estimate), we can offer a refund or replacement
Important: Snapshophub is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We cannot reship orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Items
Certain products may be restricted or prohibited from international shipping due to local laws, customs regulations, or carrier policies.
Country-Specific Restrictions:
Some countries restrict or ban the import of:
- Medical devices requiring local regulatory approval
- Prescription medications or controlled substances
- Battery-powered devices (lithium battery restrictions)
- Products containing liquid or gel (over certain volumes)

Items We Cannot Ship:

Note: If a product cannot be shipped to your country due to restrictions, this will be indicated at checkout. You will not be able to complete the purchase for restricted items. 9. Address Requirements & Delivery Signature
Providing Accurate Shipping Information:
To ensure successful delivery, please provide:
- Complete street address (no PO Boxes for express shipments)
- Apartment/unit/suite number (if applicable)
- Correct city, state/province, and postal/ZIP code
- Valid phone number (for delivery contact)
- Any special delivery instructions (gate code, building name, etc.)
Delivery Signature:
For high-value orders (above $200 USD or equivalent), carriers may require an adult signature at delivery. If no one is available to sign:
- Carrier will leave a delivery notice
- You can arrange redelivery or pickup from carrier facility
- Packages typically held for 5-10 business days before return to sender
