Mix the gel: Prepare the whitening gel on the mixing plaque in a 3:1 ratio of peroxide to thickener, and mix until uniform.

Apply to tooth surfaces: Apply a thin, even layer of the mixed gel onto the labial surfaces of the teeth using the applicator tip.

Waiting time: Leave the gel on the teeth for 10 to 15 minutes per cycle; the colour-change indicator signals when it's time to remove the gel.

Remove the gel: Use suction and wipe to remove the gel completely from all tooth surfaces between cycles.

Reapplication: Repeat steps 3 to 6 for up to 3 cycles in a single session to achieve the desired shade result.
