Advanced bis-acryl technology combined with an easy automix delivery system lets clinicians produce highly aesthetic temporary crowns, bridges, inlays, and onlays with excellent marginal adaptation. Its advanced cross linked bis-acryl resin matrix delivers superior mechanical strength compared to conventional acrylic provisional materials. Low shrinkage minimizes marginal discrepancies, while excellent polishability creates highly aesthetic restorations with long lasting gloss and stain resistance.

Prepare the tooth: Clean and dry the prepared tooth thoroughly.

Protect gingival tissues: Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to adjacent gingival tissues.

Load the dispensing gun: Load the cartridge into a compatible 10:1 dispensing gun.

Attach a mixing tip: Attach a new blue mixing tip. Dispense and discard a small amount before use.

Fill the matrix: Dispense the mixed temporary crown resin into the provisional matrix or impression.

Seat within working time: Seat the matrix onto the prepared tooth within the 2 to 3 minute working time.

Remove at gel phase: Remove the matrix after the initial gel phase to release the provisional restoration.

Allow full set: Allow complete setting for approximately five minutes outside the mouth.

Trim, adjust, and polish: Trim, adjust occlusion, and polish the restoration before cementing provisionally.
Important: Cartridge tip: leave the used mixing tip attached to the cartridge after each procedure. The set material in the tip acts as a seal to prevent the cartridge from curing between appointments. Attach a fresh tip before the next use.

Material selection for provisional restorations depends on the clinical scenario, expected wear duration, and esthetic requirements. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for the selected provisional cement.

Store at 15 to 25°C

Keep in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Never freeze.

Temperature affects timing

Higher temperatures reduce working time; cooler temperatures extend it. Plan the workflow accordingly.

Leave tip on after use

The set material in the used tip seals the cartridge between sessions. Replace with a fresh tip before the next use.

Protect soft tissues

Apply petroleum jelly to gingival tissues before dispensing to ease cleanup and reduce irritation.

Check expiry before use

Verify the expiry date on the cartridge. Expired material may exhibit reduced mechanical properties.

Use compatible gun only

Use a 10:1 ratio dispensing gun only. An incorrect ratio gun will give an improperly mixed material.

Purge before use

Dispense and discard a small amount before filling the matrix to ensure fresh, well mixed material from the start.
