Prime Dental Bond 7G is a seventh-generation, universal adhesive system engineered to streamline restorative procedures. By integrating etching, priming, and bonding into a single-step, "all-in-one" application, it significantly reduces chairside time without compromising bond strength to enamel or dentin. Designed to minimize technique sensitivity and post-operative sensitivity, Bond 7G delivers predictable, high-performance results for daily composite restorations.
Indications:
Restorite CSS penetrates, seals cracks, and surface porosity in composite restorations. Finishing and polishing of composite develops microscopic defects in the surface, resulting in accelerated loss of composite, interpreted clinically as wear. Restorite CSS, applied at the restoration placement and on an annual basis, improves the marginal integrity of composite restorations by filling microscopic cracks in composite surfaces
Key Features
- Methacrylate-Based Resin: Formulated with an unfilled methacrylate-based resin, Restorite CSS provides advanced sealing properties.
- Light-Cured Technology: Utilizes light-curing technology, allowing for controlled and efficient curing with minimal oxygen inhibition layer.
- Thin Film Application: Designed to cure in a very thin film, ensuring thorough coverage while minimizing excess material.
- Crack and Porosity Sealing: Penetrates and effectively seals microscopic cracks and surface porosity in composite restorations.
- Marginal Integrity Improvement: Enhances the marginal integrity of composite restorations by filling microscopic cracks in the composite surface.
- Wear Prevention: Addresses accelerated composite wear caused by finishing and polishing procedures, promoting longevity.
- Annual Maintenance Application: Recommends annual reapplication to maintain protective benefits and address potential wear-related issues.
- Easy Application Process: Provides a straightforward application process, making it user-friendly for dental professionals.
Benefits
- Simplifies bonding with single-step application
- Reduces technique sensitivity
- Provides reliable bond strength
- Minimizes post-operative sensitivity
- Ideal for fast-paced clinical workflows
Direction of Use
General:
- Take a drop of Restorite CSS on plastic coated mixing pad, glass slab or mixing well.
- Apply a thin layer of Restorite CSS with brush tip uniformly on filling / tooth surface.
- Add composite (Prime Dental has range of Restorite Composite material in Flowable, Micro Hybrid and Nano Hybrid range) following recommended placement procedures, including incremental layering to maximize bonding. Restorite CSS will function as a bonding agent between enamel or existing composite and the new composite material.
- Complete steps 2 through 6 of “New Restorations” to seal the repaired restoration.
- To seal glass ionomers or composite filling, etch, wash and dry. Place an even layer of Restorite CSS and light cure for 20 seconds once.
Precautions:
- Remove excess resin flash interproximally and subgingivally when present.
- Take care not to bond adjacent restorations together.
- Remember to establish adequate isolation before using Restorite CSS. A clean, dry field is imperative for optimal resin bonding.
- Use oil-free, moisture-free air for drying after etching.
- Any resin can be sensitizing to the patient, causing an allergic reaction if the individual is already sensitized. Wash exposed area completely to remove the material. If dermatitis, rash or any other allergic reaction is observed, consult a physician.
Procedure for New Restoration:
- Contour composite restoration, finishing, and polishing to the desired surface texture with Prime Dental's Aster Compo. Adjust occlusion as needed.
- Isolate tooth or teeth being sealed.
- Clean restoration. All composite surfaces are to be sealed and adjacent tooth surfaces are etched for 20 seconds with etching gel (use Prime Dental's Restorite Etching Gel), then rinsed and dried.
- Rub a thin layer of Restorite CSS for 5 seconds into the surface of the composite and adjacent enamel. Adjust brush length to vary the brush width for most effective use. Longer brush fibers will allow for greater fanning of fibers, resulting in a wider spread of resin per brush stroke.
- Gently air thin. Light cure Restorite CSS for 20 seconds.
- Evaluate occlusion for prematurities.
Procedure for Previously placed composites:
- Clean surfaces and margins to be sealed thoroughly with Prime Dental's Aster Compo and rinse thoroughly.
- Etch the enamel immediately adjacent to the restoration and all accessible composite surfaces for 20 seconds.
- Complete steps 2 to 6 of “New Restorations” for sealing.
- When defects are too large to be filled, follow composite bonding and repair.
Procedure for Composite bonding and repair:
- Thoroughly clean surfaces and margins to be sealed. Freshen surfaces with a high-speed bur (Use Prime Dental's ACE burs) and rinse.
- Remove weakened portions of damaged, existing composite. Open defect to be repaired to limit air entrapment during placement of new composite.
- Etch the enamel immediately adjacent to the restoration and all accessible composite surfaces with etching gel for 15 seconds.
- Complete steps 2 to 6 of “New Restorations” for sealing.
Storage :-
Store the material away from direct sunlight. Store in a cool and dry place. Screw the cap back onto the bottle tightly after each use.

FAQs
Q: Who can use this dental bonding agent?
A: This product is intended for professional use only by trained dental professionals, dental technicians, and dentists in clinical settings. It is not for consumer, home, or personal use.
Q: What is a 7th generation self-etching bonding system?
A: A 7th generation bonding system is a single-component, all-in-one adhesive that combines etching, priming, and bonding in one step. This simplifies the bonding process by eliminating the need for separate etching and rinsing steps.
Q: What materials is this bonding agent compatible with?
A: This bonding agent is compatible with light-cured composite materials, resin cements, and various restorative dental materials. It works on both enamel and dentin surfaces.
Q: Does this require a separate etching step?
A: No. As a self-etching bonding system, this product does not require a separate etching or rinsing step. The etching, priming, and bonding are all integrated into one application.
Q: How should this product be stored?
A: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use. Follow the manufacturer's specific storage instructions on the product label.
Q: What type of curing light is required?
A: Use a standard dental curing light. Follow the manufacturer's recommended curing time for optimal polymerization and bonding strength.
Q: Can this be used for all types of dental restorations?
